- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp evoo
- 1/2- 3/4 c. coconut aminos
- 1- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 bunch of chopped green onions (scallions)
- Cut up chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
- In olive oil, salt to taste and saute the chicken until thoroughly cooked.
- Turn off heat. Add coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, and green onions. Mix together.
- Serve over jasmine rice or bed of broccoli.
*Tip* Be sure to purchase TOASTED sesame oil as it very flavorful as compared to regular sesame oil.
