Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of our diverse community. Regardless of your age or current fitness level, our program will benefit you.

By design, our classes are small, allowing you the opportunity to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Because of the small group setting, we are able to monitor your movements carefully and hold you accountable. Your coach knows your goals, concerns, pre-­existing conditions and will modify workouts accordingly, if needed. Furthermore, goal setting sessions are available to compare your data (collected in Wodify) and ensure you are on track with your fitness goals. We carefully plan our programming to give you a constantly varied, yet balanced workout.

Our coaches will be teaching and guiding you through several pieces of fitness:

  • Skill based warm up to prepare for workout
  • Squat & shoulder prep to increase range of motion and joint function
  • WOD (workout of the day) which may include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and accessory work
  • Mobility/stretching specific to workout to reduce soreness and increase range of motion in tight areas

Your coaches and fellow members are your biggest fans. We all want to see you succeed. You may arrive at the gym tired, stressed, distracted, or rushed.
