In teams of three, complete 1000 reps of the following movements:

Box Jumps

KB Swings

Wallballs

Calorie Row

DB/KB Snatch

Sit Ups

Burpees

*You can not do more than 200 of any one movement.

*All three athletes can work at the same time. You can split the work up however you decide. All athletes MUST complete at least 10 reps of movements.
