Ingredients
- 1.5 c almond meal
- 1 tbsp Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (unrefined)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mixture will be thick.
*Tip* If coconut oil is solid, stick it in the microwave to melt but keep from getting too hot. - Using a spoon, drop the mixture into 12 small cookies.
- Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until done.
