FitCity Kids

By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, running, and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise. All done with age-appropriate equipment and challenges.

FitCity Teens

Our program combines age appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to support each teen’s personal goals, boost confidence, enhance overall wellness and establish a lifelong love of fitness. Our certified coaches emphasize proper technique/mechanics and comraderie to accommodate the wide range of experience from completely sedentary to sports performance focused.
