Drop-in Policy

At FitCity CrossFit, we welcome visitors! For group classes, we require a minimum of four month current CrossFit experience. For personal training we will do our best to work with your schedule needs. Whether you’re dropping in for a single class/session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.
