Being a teen can be challenging both physically and mentally. The best thing we can do is make our teens strong.

FitCity CrossFit’s program is founded on two primary goals.

The first goal is to help our teens develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood. Studies show that exposing our adolescents to fitness can build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions.

Our second goal is to build confidence, body awareness, and community all in a safe, supportive space.

Building overall strength and wellness is a crucial part of keeping our teens developing positive self-esteem and strong bodies.


Your teen will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.

Healthy habits

Our gym classes help teens develop a lifelong love of health and fitness.

Teamwork & leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Group/team workouts teach teens how to lead others through inspiration, communication and encouragement.


Our teens develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

  • Five 30 min + two 45 min One on One Sessions To Learn the Basics & Stay Safe
  • Required Prior To Joining Class

  • Monday and Wednesdays 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Optional Saturday morning 9 AM included with membership
