Egg Banana Pancake Roll

  • 1-2 eggs
  • ½ – 1 mashed banana
  • Butter or coconut oil for cooking
  • Nut butter to taste

*Beat egg, then add mashed banana.

*Heat pan with butter or coconut oil.

*Pour egg and banana mixture in pancake shape.

*Cook on both sides.

*Spread nut butter on top of pancake then roll it up like a wrap.
