Soy Free “Chinese” Chicken


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp evoo
  • 1/2- 3/4 c. coconut aminos
  • 1- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 bunch of chopped green onions (scallions)


  1. Cut up chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  2. In olive oil, salt to taste and saute the chicken until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Turn off heat. Add coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, and green onions. Mix together.
  4. Serve over jasmine rice or bed of broccoli.
*Tip* Be sure to purchase TOASTED sesame oil as it very flavorful as compared to regular sesame oil.
