Ingredients – 4 Servings
- 6 chicken thighs (or 4 breast)
- 15 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns (or 1 tablespoon of black pepper)
Preparation
- Place chicken, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and peppercorns and chicken in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
**This can also be made on the stove in a sauce pan. Heat to boil, then simmer for about 45 minutes.
