- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 Date (or 1 Tbsp Honey)
- 1/2 can Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- Ice cubes*Mix all together in a blender.
**Optional** Use homemade almond milk instead of coconut milk. If so, omit the water.
