Ingredients – 4 Servings
  • 6 chicken thighs (or 4 breast)
  • 15 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns (or 1 tablespoon of black pepper)
Preparation
  1. Place chicken, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and peppercorns and chicken in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
  2. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
**This can also be made on the stove in a sauce pan. Heat to boil, then simmer for about 45 minutes.
