Partners alternate between 200m Farmers Carry followed by 200m Med Ball Run. Both partners must complete Farmers Carry before moving to Ball Run. Both partners must complete Ball Run before going back to Farmers Carry.

While one partner is completing above movement, the other partner is completing the following for rounds:

15 Ring Push Ups

15 Step Ups(30/24)

15 Pull Ups

15 Double Unders
