• Head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • Fresh garlic, optional
  • Salt
  • Grassfed Butter

*Steam half of the florets and fresh garlic. Add salt liberally.

*Then do the same for the second half of the florets.

*Before adding to the blender, dry florets thoroughly.

*Add dried florets, garlic, salt and butter.

*Blend until smooth.

*Serve in mashed potato casserole dish!
