For many teens, exercise is hardly a priority. Teens want to go out with their friends, play video games, and just want to be cool. I totally get it! I have an idea…Let’s try to change the game and make exercise cool and fun.

There are so many benefits to working out. Some include:

  1. Mental focus: Working out improves mental focus which helps teens perform better in school. Let’s face it, getting good grades is cool and working out is a way to achieve them.
  2. Increased self-confidence: Teens who workout feel better about themselves. Every teen wants to fit in and feel good. Feeling good starts with self-love and self-confidence. Getting fit is essential to contributing to self-confidence!
  3. Strong bodies: Exercise is well known to increase physical strength. This is especially true for teens! Building strong a body as a teen can carry on into adulthood. It’s never too early to start!

Working out can happen anywhere. Here is a great home workout your teen can do at home!
