New to SHC CrossFit

If you have never CrossFitted before, are new to our facility, or just dropping in to check us out, this is the page to guide you in the direction you need to go.

Newbie’s: We realize that walking into a CrossFit box, or watching workout of the day videos online, can be a very humbling experience when looking to start this type of fitness program.  However, it is very important to know that CrossFit is scalable to everybody’s fitness level and performance abilities.  Knowing this we require all perspective members to please start out by taking one of our free introductory to CrossFit classes.  Please view schedule for days and times for this class.

CrossFit Transfers: Whether you have relocated or just want to enjoy the benefits of CrossFit at a more reasonable price, we do ask that you start out taking our introductory to CrossFit class. Here at Scottsdale Healthcare CrossFit, we do have a unique way of doing things to ensure that you are doing each work in a manner that is both safe and effective.

Drop-ins: For those who have been active CrossFit members at another gym, we do have a way for you to enjoy CrossFit with us. If you have been doing CrossFit for at least 3 months, please drop in to one of our CrossFit classes. If you have been doing it for less than 3 months, we recommend you check out our essentials classes. All drop-in classes are $5 per day.
