Introduction to CrossFit

 A one time class to test out CrossFit

CrossFit Foundations/On-Ramp
$50 a month  (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)  5:30PM  (Maximum Class Size 10)

Foundations:   Is  a two week  introduction to the basic movements and concepts of CrossFit.

On Ramp:  Is a two week ramp up of Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics and an increase in intensity.

*** You must complete all 16 class sessions (in order to test of out of the above classes).  If it takes 2 or 3 months that’s fine**

CrossFit (price below covers you for 3 months) 

3 month commitment:  $150 up front  ($50 per month average)
** This allows you to attend one class a day for six days a week**

Drop in rate

$10 cash when you arrive at the gym
