We here at FitCity CrossFit want to help you take that step with the Fit City Summer Shred Challenge.
Who are we looking for?!
- Ladies only!
- Must be willing to come to our facility three times per week.
- Positive energy is infectious. So is negative energy. We are looking for the right people!
- Must be committed. You won’t get to your goals if our coaches want it more than you.
- Must leave your ego at the door. This program is for ladies new to CrossFit.
- MUST be willing to change nutrition habits. THIS IS CRITICAL. We have a proven program that works, but only if you follow it!
In this course, you will be lead by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches who will teach you proper form in a safe and efficient workout.
Program details: June 5–July 14 at 8am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Nutrition Guide/Meal Plan provided upon registration along with support and education from day one. Our goal is for you to reach YOUR goals!
Experience: The great thing about this program is no experience required. As a matter of fact, the less experience you have, the better.
Duration: 6 weeks – June 5–July 14
Our coaches are here to help you become a leaner, happier and more confident YOU. We will take before pictures, measurements including body fat, and complete baseline workouts. You will meet supportive, like minded friends and learn valuable tools to keep you fit for life!
