			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>7 Weeks have passed by and 3 of the top mens spots are all but clinched.  (However weeks 8&#8242;s 60pt possibility could change everything)  The women are a lot closer with Kelly and Alex battling it out for the top seed, while Tracy, Mel, Monica, &amp; Tessa are fighting for the final two spots.</p>
<p>Here is the schedule for the rest of the Winter Competion.</p>
<p>Week 8:  Feb 22nd<br />
Week 9:  March 1st<br />
Week 10: March 8th<br />
Semi&#8217;s will be held on Friday March 16th.  All members may participate this day.  Seed #1 will be pitted against seed #4 with the winner headed to the finals.   Seed #2 will play Seed#3 With the winner going to the finals.</p>
<p>Even if the opponents are not at the same class time they are still matched head to head.  The regular season points are thrown out the window this week.</p>
<p>The Finals will be held Tuesday Night March 20th.  Top 2 women and top 2 men.  Events will be drawn out of a hopper that night.</p>

<h1>Warm up</h1>
<p>As needed</p>
<p>Todays comp is skill based and there is a possibly for someone to get 60 points.</p>
<h3>Event#1.</h3>
<p>3 attempts at your max height box jump.  You must have a two foot take off and must land and stand at full extension on the box.</p>
<h3>Event #2.</h3>
<p>400meter run for time.</p>
<h3>Event #3.</h3>
<p>Max time L-Sit (real simple) hold the parralettes with arms extended and legs in a L, bent knees equal non rx&#8217;d attempt  1 attempt for Max time.  Write your own time on the board.</p>
<h3>Event#4.</h3>
<p>Max reps Overhead squats.  Men 95lbs  Women 45lbs.  Rules if you no rep you&#8217;re done.  So make sure that your get full depth and lead with hips, and be sure to stand up to full hip extension or you&#8217;re out.</p>
<p>So if there is a clean sweep of categories then the winner can net 60 points.</p>
