Meet our Coaches
Ben Evans
Head CrossFit Coach & Fitness Director
Ben has been an avid CrossFitter for more than 6 years now and has been part of a number of successful CrossFit ventures. An employee of Scottsdale Healthcare, Ben brought CrossFit from his personal life and spearheaded the efforts in creating a program that was new and innovative to the hospital organization.
Everyone has different goals in starting and continuing CrossFit and Ben’s is more personal than most. After fighting weight problems for years, culminating in some serious medical issues, Ben found CrossFit. It helped him not only exercise in a way that was fun and made sense to him, but also change his lifestyle to lose weight, and maintain that weight loss, in a healthy way.
In his personal life, Ben calls the west valley home with his loving wife Celeste. They have two daughters, Alyssa and Taya, and a dog, Patch, who occupy his time outside the gym
